29 July 2009 – NATAS warmly welcomed a delegation from Sri Lanka on a Wednesday morning.
Hailing from the Ministry of Tourism, the team was here on a mission to find out more about the bench-marking of their tourism attractions and infrastructure against those in Singapore .
The delegation was also brought on a tour around NATAS' training arm, the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore (TMIS) and found out more on the various training and educational courses offered.
Following that, NATAS and TMIS jointly hosted lunch for the delegation where more exchanges were made.
Overall, it was a valuable experience as all parties took away very insightful information.
