Held at SPRING Singapore , members were invited to a customer service seminar by international trainer-consultant, Lim How. Mr. Lim is a recognized expert in the fields of critical thinking, decision making, emotional intelligence and human relations.

 

The focus of the seminar was to encourage NATAS members to think differently, think critically and to think excellent customer service.

 

Members we spoke to after the seminar found the seminar very benefiting and inspiring and hopefully, this will spur all members to work towards providing the best service to their customers.
